Celebrating 10 Years of Latino Excellence
Latino Victory is celebrating its 10th Anniversary at our annual signature event, Latino Talks on May 9, 2024, in Washington, D.C. Latino Talks convenes Latino leaders In a fireside-chat-style who have excelled in business, science, politics, and the arts, among other fields, to spotlight the voices shaping the public narrative on Latino priorities and issues.
In honor of our 10th anniversary, Latino Talks is inviting Latino leaders to celebrate the Latino community’s achievements in the past 10 years and reflect on the work that needs to be done to move our community forward in the next decade.
In the past 10 years, power has been the catalyst of the Latino community’s achievements—the power to strengthen our voice in the cultural landscape, the arts, politics, education, science, business, and labor, among other fields.
Our speakers will also reflect on the powerful word “Poder” and relay their stories through the lens of the word’s two meanings: 1) poder, power or the ability to exert influence 2) poder, the ability to do something.
